You can sign up online through our scheduling system or directly at the studio before the class begins.

With a drop-in pass, you can join any regular group fitness class offered on our schedule, including yoga, Pilates, and HIIT.

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, and instructors will accommodate beginners as well as advanced participants.

Bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes. We provide all necessary equipment.

Participants must be at least 14 years old to join group classes. Parental consent is required for those under 18.

Drop-in passes are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another class if you notify us in advance.
