Truve is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at. The studio spans three stories and is filled with all of the equipment you could want for any discipline, from strength training to yoga and pilates. You never feel like you’re fighting for space or machines, and everything is clean, thoughtfully organized, and well maintained.

The trainers here are definitely the best part. I've been training with Nando for a long time, and he's been instrumental in helping me stay consistent, improve my form, and continue making progress without getting injured. Alison, the owner, is not only a great coach herself, but she's also built a team that’s highly knowledgeable and genuinely supportive.

Truve is a community treasure offering every element to help you achieve and maintain fitness.

Yes, the gym/building is gorgeous, outfitted with an incredible variety of equipment (all clean and functional!) and yes, the breadth of classes offered is more than adequate to serve the fitness needs of every and any body. But the best part is that Alison (the owner) & co. are truly attentive to the specific needs of each and every student/client who comes through the Truve door.

I am at the higher, older end of the workout/gym rat demographic and have experienced many, many gyms, trainers and Pilates studios in the Bay Area throughout the years so I have a large sample from which to compare Truve. No comparison! Truve has it all, hands down. Doesn’t get better than this...more

Truve is seriously the best spot for finding a personalized fitness path. Even the group classes really accommodate the needs and levels of each individual. I've taken HIIT classes and large group pilates classes elsewhere and the quality of instruction at Truve is on a completely different level.
